While bathing, wash your full body with soap and rinse thoroughly. Rinsing with soap washes out the dead cells, germs and oils from your skin. You should also shampoo your hair at least twice a week. Even the clean hands can contain these germs which we don’t see through our bare eyes. These germs can get into our body through our mouth, nose and eyes since we touch these organs frequently and subconsciously, and we may get sick.

So, it’s important to wash your hands frequently and thoroughly. Wash your hands with soap or handwash for at least 20 seconds. Washing hands rinse out the germs from your hands and keep you safe. You must wash your hands before eating or handling food and after handling any dirty things. If it isn’t possible to wash hands, then use alcohol-based hand sanitizer to kill the germs on your hands.

5. Maintain Respiratory Hygiene

Germs can spread out from you while coughing and sneezing and infect others. So, you should always cover your face before coughing and sneezing. Use a tissue or hand towel. Dispose of the tissue immediately into a rubbish bin. If these aren’t available fold your elbow and cover your face, but don’t use your palms.
